Aroma:

Tonic water with subtle notes of rosemary and zesty citrus.

Taste:

Well-balanced with subtle quinine and nuances of rosemary and pink grapefruit.

Aftertaste:

Cleansing quinine bitterness and citrusy acidity.

Overall:

Subtle and balanced best sum up this tonic water which delivers promised rosemary and grapefruit but in such a way that the favours combine with, rather than dominate gin when mixed in a G&T.
