Appearance:
Slightly hazy, bright amber yellow.
Aroma:
Pungent zesty lemon and lemon oils with light white pepper.
Taste:
Tart lemon acidity, vigorous zesty lemon, light sugary sweetness and enlivening freshness and delicate white pepper tingle.
Aftertaste:
Long zesty lemon finish.
Overall:
The type/origin of lemon is not declared (Sorrento or Sfusato) but the quality of this bright zingy fresh limoncello is excellent.
