Review and Tasting

Sampled on 15/04/2020

Appearance:

Crystal clear. (Sample bottle from batch No.9)

Aroma:

Piney juniper and cracked black pepper with faint overripe banana and ripe plum.

Taste:

Dry and clean. Piney juniper leads with pink peppercorns, coriander spice and cubeb pepper heat. Faint angelica root nutty balsawood.

Aftertaste:

Clean and cleansing finish with lemon zest emerging ahead of lingering juniper and peppery spice.

Overall:

A traditional-styled dry gin but with a touch more spice than most, due to cubeb pepper, pink peppercorn and cardamom being used alongside coriander seeds.
