Gattertop Drinks Damson Nº12 is made by infusing estate-grown damsons in British sugar beet neutral spirit for 12 months (hence the No.12 name). This infusion is then twice filtered prior to being bottled by hand.

Clear, pale rust red.
Unctuous ripe damson fruit, almond, marzipan, and children's cough medicine (in a good way!)
Damson and plum fruit with a subtle sweetness to just balance the fruit's tartness, yet dry enough to retain a cleansing peppery bite from the base spirit. Light and far from cloying.
Warming rich damson fruit with light peppery spice and a faint menthol note.
To be labeled as such, a "liqueur" must contain a minimum of 100 grams of sugar per litre, but Damson No.12 is so well balanced that it's hard to believe this very quaffable hipflask-ready product contains 10% sugar.
