7. Cloves
8. Liquorice

Review and Tasting

Sampled on 14/06/2021

Appearance:

Crystal clear.

Aroma:

Classic juniper-led London dry with generous zesty citrus.

Taste:

Dry. Piney juniper with distinctive liquorice and cassia spice with zesty orange.

Aftertaste:

Cassia and other spicy botanicals dominate the long finish.

Overall:

Classic London dry style with attractive generous liquorice and well-judged citrus. The only thing that lets this gin down is the low 38% alcohol strength.
