Seignette is a historic brand of cognac from the 19th century, revitalised by the US-based Sazerac company and relaunched in 2020.

Clear, mid-golden amber with burnished copper flecks.
Lightly toasty oak, cigar box, dried apricot, vanilla and floral honeysuckle with faint coal tar.
Buttery oak, vanilla, black tea tannins, crystalised ginger, and zesty orange.
Root ginger, dark chocolate orange and cinnamon.
Intended and well suited as a cocktail cognac with buttery oak, vanilla, black tea tannins, ginger, and zesty citrus.
