Appearance:

Clear, mid-golden amber with burnished copper flecks.

Aroma:

Lightly toasty oak, cigar box, dried apricot, vanilla and floral honeysuckle with faint coal tar.

Taste:

Buttery oak, vanilla, black tea tannins, crystalised ginger, and zesty orange.

Aftertaste:

Root ginger, dark chocolate orange and cinnamon.

Overall:

Intended and well suited as a cocktail cognac with buttery oak, vanilla, black tea tannins, ginger, and zesty citrus.
