Appearance:
Clear, peach (orange-pink).
Aroma:
Pungent zesty pomelo citrus with perfumed peach and rose petal.
Taste:
Sweet peach is balanced by assertive citric acidity and zesty pomelo flavour. Very subtle underlying coconut.
Aftertaste:
Citric acidity lingers in the more peach forward finish.
Overall:
The word "Coconut" featuring so prominently on the label is perhaps a tad misleading as sweet fragrant peach and the citric acidity of zesty pomelo dominate this liqueur.
