Montanya Oro is made from American sugar cane juice fermented with champagne yeast. It is distilled using a copper pot still and aged in once-used American oak Stranahan's whiskey barrels. It is hydrated to bottling strength with San Juan mountain spring water.

Appearance

Clear, light golden amber.

Aroma

Vanilla/cream of soda with burnt apple crumble and caramel aromas.

Taste

Espresso coffee and vanilla with caramel and burnt banana flavours.

Aftertaste

Mocha coffee with black pepper spice.
