Hazy, deep golden yellow.
Pickled olive, fried onion with basil and thyme spice. Faint note of British tomato ketchup crisps.
Strongly flavoured salty, olive with vinegar acidity and onion bite.
Just swallowed seawater-like brine. On its own, hardly a delicious beverage but in a Dirty Martini, it's just right. When compared to using brine from a jar Sue is so Dirty that you'll need less to achieve the same flavour, so diluting the gin less.
