Review and Tasting

Sampled on 01/09/2022

Appearance:

Crystal clear.

Aroma:

Pine forest-like juniper with turmeric and freshly sawn damp wood.

Taste:

The nose suggests that Hapusa will be juniper-forward on the palate but piney juniper flavours are masked by earthy spices.

Aftertaste:

Spicy earthy finish with subdued piney juniper.

Overall:

An invigorating spiced gin which befits its Indian roots with botanicals including turmeric, gondhoraj, mango, ginger and cardamom.
