Released as a limited edition in March 2024 as the third chapter in Torabhaig's Legacy Series, Cnoc Na Mòine is the first release from the distillery matured in sherry casks.
Cnoc Na Mòine means "hill of peat" in Gaelic, appropriate for a peated single malt from the Isle of Skye.
Grain: Concerto malted barley
Yeast: Pinnacle MG+ yeast
PPM: In grain phenol content of 55-60 PPM
Residual phenols: 36PPM
Treatment: No chill filtration. No colour added
