Poachers Ginger Beer has some uniquely Irish ingredients, including Irish Cayenne Chilli grown by producers in the west of Ireland near
Galway. Other ingredients include organic ginger, lime zest, and Irish
Apples.

Particularly recommended to serve with vodka for a spicy Irish Mule.

Aroma:

Crystalised ginger with faint swimming pool-like aromas.

Taste:

Comparatively mild ginger flavour compared to assertive chilli heat.

Aftertaste:

Subtle ginger and long lingering chilli spice.

Overall:

Subtle ginger flavour compared to many other ginger beers, Pochers Ginger Beer is set apart by its assertive chilli spice.
