Review and Tasting

Sampled on 11/09/2011

Appearance:

Clear, bright golden.

Aroma:

Barbequed sweet corn, nubuck leather and slightly charred toast.

Taste:

Bold, slightly oily with generous chargrilled corn and leathery flavours with pronounced peppery spice. This has the palate of a young whiskey but with a smoothing effect from the leatheryness.

Aftertaste:

Wonderfully spicy, nubuck leathery finish.
