Appearance:
Crystal clear with steady streams of small rising bubbles.
Aroma:
Black olive and minerally flinty quinine with subtle rosemary.
Taste:
As with the nose, black olive and quinine with subtle rosemary. Delicate lemon citrus.
Aftertaste:
As the olive-led flavours from the palate fade, classic quinine tonic notes with subtle citrus take over.
Overall:
Harmonious combined with a reposado tequila (Franklins also recommend ruby ports and herbaceous gins). Tequila subdues the black olive notes to allow more rosemary notes to emerge.
