Sake Ono is a Junmai Daiginjo-shu sake made in the city of Nagaoka in Japan's Niigata Prefecture, with a 50% rice polishing ratio to reveal its starchy heart. The rice is then washed, soaked, and steamed before fermentation.

Once fermentation is complete, the sake is pressed, filtered, pasteurised and bottled as Sake Ono.

Enjoy in a cocktail or serve chilled (7-10°C, 45-51°F) in an elegant white wine glass.
