HAVANA CLUB Mojito

The undisputed king of Cuban cocktails

50 ml Havana Club 3 Year Old
25 ml Fresh lime juice
15 ml Sugar syrup
1 fresh Mint sprig
Top with Sparkling water

Slap the mint in your hands and drop into a tall glass. Add lime, sugar and rum, fill the glass with ice and top with sparkling water. Gently stir and garnish with mint sprig.
