1/4 fl oz Agave syrup
2/3 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
1 1/3 fl oz Tangerine / Mandarin / Clementine juice (fresh juice)

Origin:

For me, mandarins mean holidays! That's why the inspiration of this twist of a Tommy's Margarita comes from holidays in general, and to be more specific, from sunny destinations. And from the power of our mind to make us be able to travel using only our imagination inspired by a smell or a flavour, although we are not going anywhere.
As mandarins cannot stand the cold and need the sun to grown we also need sun to recharge and to boost our mood and feel calm and focused, like when we are on holiday.
I use and reinforce the citrus and agave notes from Patrón Reposado to take you to a safe journey, and the fresh mandarin and the Aperol to let you start your own adventure!

Sit back, relax, enjoy (your flight), before dinner, or during sunset, that's what I do in my garden under my mandarin tree.
