Glassware: Chilled coupette
Garnish: Garnished with roasted almond and pistachio powder. Topped with a light cream and egg, honey and mandarin flavoured espuma.
Method: Add ingredients in a shaker with ice, shake and double strain. Garnish pistachio powder and roasted almond.
Inspiration:: Inspired by the famous nougat, a traditional Mediterranean sweet and the seaside.
