  • 50 ml Ron Santiago de Cuba Extra Añejo 11YO
  • 40ml Pineapple molasses honey cordial
  • 20ml Pineapple-infused rosso vermouth
  • 2.5ml Chili saline solution

Method: Add ingredients in a shaker with ice, stir and fine strain.

Inspiration:: This cocktail is one of our best-sellers. We aimed to create a subtle combination of French and Cuban ingredients. A fruity, indulgent side with the vermouth. A tropical touch with Ron Santiago de Cuba Extra Añejo 11YO, and a little spicy kick from the chili. Our ideal cocktail to perfectly enjoy on our rooftop!
