Garnish: Orange zest
- 35 ml Ron Santiago de Cuba Extra Añejo 11 Year Old
- 15 ml Umeshu (Japanese plum)
- 15 ml Peach liqueur
- 25 ml Lime
- 2 ml Elderflower liqueur
- 10 drops Sesame distilate
- Vegan egg white
Method: Add ingredients into shaker and dry shake. The shake with ice and fine strain. Garnish with orange zest.
Inspiration: The deep, rich textures pair well with Japanese plum and apple whilst the elderflower and lime bring a fresh zippy flavour to the balance.
