Glassware: Nick & Nora (no ice)
Garnish: Carbonated grape

  • 35 ml Ron Santiago de Cuba Extra Añejo 11 Year Old
  • 15 ml Dry Vermouth
  • 10 ml Rosé Vermouth
  • 25 ml Green cordial
  • 10ml Verjus
  • 15ml Gomme

Method: Add ingredients into shaker with ice, shake and fine strain. Garnish with carbonated grape.
Inspiration:I wanted to stay very much true to the bones of what a Daiquiri is whilst also adding some interesting complimentary flavours. The herbaceous ingredients in the green cordial bring savoury and fresh notes when paired with the Verjus, delivering a bright and fresh take on the classic Daiquiri.
