The Plomari Isidorou Arvanitou Ouzo is a product of 100% distillation. The distillation is by traditional methods following the secret created in 1894 by Isidoros Arvanitis.
 
The distillery has 18 small copper stills. The bag with the aromatics is placed in the alcohol and each of the two distillations takes nine hours. The distillery hosts a museum “The world of ouzo” where the visitor can follow the whole procedure of the production (distillation, bottling etc) of the ouzo.
