Perfect Serve Barshow Amsterdam

The leading cocktail and bartending event of the year in The Netherlands, the Perfect Serve Barshow returns for its 12th edition, 8th and 9th of September 2026.

The team is building on the strong foundation of previous years and adding several targeted enhancements to improve the experience.

The layout of the event will change this year

Previously, the Wester was used, but this year, the restaurant, the terrace, and a separate tent for seminars and competitions will be actively included. This setup is designed to create a better flow and more space for activation, interaction, and engagement.

Exhibitors asked if it would be possible to broaden the target audience

Alongside the established names in the cocktail industry, Perfect Serve also aims to focus on a more international character, the new generation of bartenders, collaborations with renowned (inter)national hospitality schools, and a broader group of bartenders and cocktail enthusiasts.

In terms of presentations, the team are working on a more international line-up of guest speakers covering new trends in the industry. They also want to give the competitions a more social experience, such as schools competing against each other or bartenders from different venues. In this way, the event remains relevant and ready for the new generation of professional cocktail shakers and enthusiasts.

Afterparty

On the first day, the event will close with an official Perfect Serve afterparty in the Unie, where, from 18:00 to 21:00, a twelve-course tasting of small bites will be served.

During this evening, the daytime stands will transform into small bars, where (guest) bartenders will serve cocktails to visitors.

This means that all stands located in the Unie will automatically participate in the afterparty.

The afterparty itself lasts until 22:00, with a limited number of tickets available.

This offers brands and participants the opportunity to present themselves in a more direct and social way, surrounded by the evening's atmosphere. Together with the exhibitors, the team will create a fun and engaging program for this night.
