The Hennessy Connoisseurs Challenge is looking to uncover stars of the Northern Ireland cocktail scene.
A unique once in a lifetime opportunity is available to the three bartenders who are crowned 2016 Hennessy Connoisseurs.

Northern Ireland bartenders are once again being given a chance to win a prestigious training scholarship with the world's most iconic cognac brand, Hennessy.
The Hennessy Connoisseurs Challenge returns for a second year in 2016 and seeks to uncover the stars of Northern Ireland's cocktail scene.
The three winners will receive a prestigious training scholarship with Hennessy Cognac, as well as an all expenses paid trip to Maison Hennessy and Chateau Bagnolet in the heart of Cognac. The winners will also receive a tasting with Hennessy's master blender.
The International judging panel consists of Vincent Borjon-Prive from Hennessy, as well as the Brand Ambassador for Moet-Hennessy, Julie Dupouy who was recently named as one of the world's top three sommeliers. Ulster Hospitality's Joel Neill also joins the panel.
The shortlisted finalists will be tested on their product knowledge and skill, as well as their unique Hennessy cocktail. The final takes place on August 15th at Ox Cave, Belfast.
