60ml Mediterranean mix (2 parts honey thyme, 2 parts lemon juice, 1 part extra virgin olive oil)
25ml wine chamomile
25ml egg white
4 branches of thyme
4 sprays of Patron Tequila cooked in beeswax
Garnish with beeswax and thyme branch
