60ml Patrón Silver
25ml Lime juice
20ml Bell pepper cordial
3 drops Umamibitters
3 drops Pepper oil
Agave mead top
Chill the glass, shake with ingredients, prepare an empty, pour into the glass through strainer, put finished cocktail on a coaster.
