The international Prosecco-based cocktail competition returns to the UK capital with an enhanced prize: an exclusive training experience in Italy.

After its Canadian tour with stops in Calgary, Vancouver, Montreal, and Toronto, FIOL Master heads back to London for the second year in a row. This year's UK final will take place on Tuesday, 3rd June 2025 at Seed Library, a cocktail bar located inside the One Hundred Shoreditch hotel, in one of the city's most vibrant districts.

The team at FIOL are searching for new original cocktails that highlight the role of Italian sparkling wine in contemporary mixology. The competition is open to professional bartenders, who are invited to craft original cocktails using FIOL Prosecco or FIOL Rosé Prosecco as the base, showcasing creativity and flair with Italian bubbles.

The 2025 edition offers an enhanced reward: winners from each national final will be invited to Italy for an immersive training experience dedicated to sparkling cocktails. The program includes hands-on mixology sessions, cultural exploration, and opportunities for international exchange.

National Final

The eight national finalists will be asked to present four serves of their cocktail in eight minutes to the National judging panel.

The UK winner will be invited to Italy, alongside winners from each national final, for an immersive training experience, dedicated to sparkling cocktails. The program includes hands-on mixology sessions, cultural exploration, and the chance to network and share knowledge with fellow national FIOL Master competition winners...right in the heart of FIOL's homeland.
