Used rather different recipe for this cocktail; 40ml Gin, 15ml Monin Raspberry syrup, 15ml Martini Ex. Dry 15ml lemon juice, 10ml egg white. The result was excellent, thoroughly recommend this variation.

I tried and a tad sweet with 15ml of 2:1 raspberry syrup but tasty with 10ml of 2:1. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks Susan - I'll be sure to try. What raspberry syrup did you use? 2 to 1 or 1:1?
