Pink grapefruit soda and red bittersweet liqueur with sparkling wine do indeed deliver a slightly sweet pink coloured spritz

Made a large jug - it didn’t last very long!
Used Fever Tree pink grapefruit soda.
A really refreshing and ‘summery’ twist on a normal Aperol spritz.
Will definitely be making this again
