I bought this to try and recreate the Dead Rabbit's version of Philadelphia fish house punch. The recipe calls for Banks 7 which I couldn't reasonably obtain. The flavor was confusingly funky for a light colored rum but now that I know it contains arrack it makes more sense. Worked great in the punch and tastes great on its own on ice. Probably won't work harmoniously in most cocktails calling for light rum, but perhaps an unconventional mojito with additional fresh herbs supporting the mint?
