Nice cocktail - NOT a negroni variant (IMO), despite the presence of gin/sweet/bitter. The ratios here give a very nice cocktail starting with fruitiness from the Bonal and then making space for the earthy/vegetal Suze - they work surprisingly well together. The gin is present, but pretty deep into the background. A really nice cocktail, especially if you already have some Bonal and Suze and are looking for a nice cocktail that uses them.
