I hate a recipe with precise measurements followed by an imprecise measurement like "a pinch of salt"... 😅 I wonder how that would convert to using a 4:1 saline solution?
FWIW, supposedly "1 US customary pinch"="1/16 US customary teaspoon". If you have 4:1 saline solution, you'll need 5/16 tsp solution to get 1/16 tsp salt. Supposedly "1 US customary drop"="1/96 US customary teaspoon", which means 96 drops = 1 tsp. So 96 * 5/16 = 30 drops! I tried 10 drops and I could just barely taste the salt, so I'm not sure I'd use any more than that...
