Just a couple of notes:
The name of the bar/restaurant is Kindred:

We garnish the drink by adding passion fruit 'popping pearls' (the kind that you might find for boba tea) in the shot of sparkling wine, which I've found is a far more sustainable and consistent garnish, whilst still being playful.
