Very good sherry based cocktail. Mixing different sherries depending on how dry you want this to be is a welcome proposition.

Don Benigno | Rivata ... havent found a good use of sherry until now, this was very good, has a nice slightly tangy "pop" to it, im assuming from the luxardo, usually sherry has just been kinda dull and sweet to me but this was good
