Light, refreshing and all too quaffable. Bitter liqueur adds depth of flavour to a Watermelon Martini

I love this cocktail. I used a 1/16 wedge as specified in other cocktails that use fresh watermelon. I muddled it before adding the rest of the ingredients. I've made it twice now and each time I've forgotten to add the orange bitters. Oh dear, I'll just have to make it again... (Miami Martini)
