Very refreshing indeed...bravo. We think that our good host was quite game here...in our experience the beer connoisseurs can get a bit pernickity at any attempt to mess with their beloved malt and hops. We increased the volume of each ingredient by one-third and added 2.5ml Agave syrup...the syrup rounded it out nicely for us.
