Having some left over mint from needed for tonights dinner, this came up in search. I very much enjoyed this (Used Buffalo Trace and Aperol). I suggest one be sure to heed the instruction to lightly muddle the mint lest it overwhelm the other components. Also, I found only 2 drops 20% saline needed.
It was ok. Nothing to write home about. I used Asbury Park Double Barrel finished in gin casks and Peychaud's Aperitivo. A fruitier aperitivo would probably have been better here. Mint got totally lost and didn't notice it. Wife thought it was great, so I'll up the score a little bit.
