I really like the addition of Formidabile in this but the recipe as it stands is a bit too bitter for me. I think for the next one I'll reduce the Campari to 5ml or skip it altogether and see how it works out.
The flavor is less fresh and more "wintery" than a regular Negroni which is nice for the current weather. With some tweaks I think it could go right up there among the best Negroni riffs for me.
