My son bought me this from somewhere on his travels so I feel obliged to try and use it
Simons damming verdict didn’t exactly inspire me to expect much but the thought of putting it down the drain didn’t fit with my ethos
So here is the first rendition of the Agwa cocktail
I’m calling it “A Goblin Wants Attention” see what I did there… AGWA
The color is striking so I wanted to retain that hense the clear ingredients
45 ml Agwa
15 ml Italicus bergamot
15 ml Lustu dry vermouth
2 dashes lemongrass tincture ( homemade)
Stir over ice, strain into a chilled crystal coupe, garnish with a dried lime wheel and hope for the best
Not the worst cocktail I’ve had and quite drinkable
