I used Carpano Dry Vermouth, whose subtle acidity creates a great balance with the PX Sherry.

The Amontillado Sherry has a very rich and full-bodied finish. This cocktail is simple yet delicious—I really enjoyed it.

kinda heavy on Pedro ximenez, but a nice cocktail!
