Did not have any of the call ingredients, but this is still a nice way to dress up some Irish Whiskey. My raspberry syrup (1:1 half cup each sugar-water with 1/4 cup raspberries mashed in, plus a half lemon squeeze) was not intense enough to express to my taste, so go big or go home with that. Salers, once again, was on point with the botanicals, but fell short with the character. Clonakilty was the base... Pleasant, but underwhelming.
