What is its shelf life from the moment it is opened? I found an almost 20 year old bottle in my grandmother's things. It is opened.

It will be safe to drink but will be oxidised so the taste will be affected by age. Worth trying.

I think Mirto liqueur should have its own category and not being aggregated under Crème de myrtille as my understanding is they are made from different plants and results in different flavor profiles.
