I use 1883 cane sugar and gomme - if your blood oranges are particularly sweet drop the syrup to 10ml
Blood orange time is also bergamot time - more difficult...
Delicious! I reduced all by 25% to better fit my glass: 22.5ml agricole rhum, 22.5ml light white rum, 15ml blood orange juice, 15ml pomegranate juice, 22.5ml lime juice, and 10ml sugar syrup.
