This is very nice indeed. Slightly on the sweet side for nous but delicious nevertheless. Happy to find a recipe for my recently purchased walnut bitters. Thinking of experimenting with a “Dirty Spanish Manhattan” by adding a little salt to balance out the sweetness.

Mmmm - bourbon and walnut bitters - delicious. PX sherry works well here. This is a very nice cocktail, with the PX working well with the sweet bourbon and nutty bitters. A great way to use up a bit of PX that doesn't seem to be finding it's way into your after dinner cocktails.
