Very unique flavour composition - the pineapple syrup is quite strong, maybe I'll reduce it just a lil bit next time. The almond flavor of the Amaretto in combination with the pineapple though is very tasty. The dilution by the crushed ice does a huge favor to the aroma of the drink

I made with pineapple juice instead of syrup. For my taste, the lemon was overpowering. I would try cutting back to ¾ or ⅔ fl oz (maybe not an issue if I had used pineapple syrup. The amaretto gives it a nice tiki flavor with the maltiness of the genever.
