More about the name and visual appearance than flavour. If not making for yourself then instruct the drinker to stir with the straw - this ruins the appearance...

I think I read this 7 times before I noticed "do not stir before stirring." :D

Had me going too. Should be "before serving." Now corrected. Many thanks for bringing to my attention.
