Maybe less vermouth?
I think I read this 7 times before I noticed "do not stir before stirring." :D
Is this an Italian cocktail? Only Italian words end in è, eg caffè. If you're thinking of the wine, it's rosé. In French é sounds like ay (in French spelling it's the same as ai, ez, er etc) whilst è is air in père and so on.
Light white rum, Lime juice, Gomme syrup, Crème de violette
I shall call it a maccarita!
Blue curaçao liqueur, Chartreuse Yellow, Milk (semi-skimmed/2% fat), Whipping cream
I think it works better with half the lemon juice.
This is insanely, tooth stainingly blue. I will try next time with more of a 2:1:1 ratio for gin, juice and blue curaçao
