How to make:
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
1 1/2 fl oz | Patrón Reposado tequila |
3/4 fl oz | Triple sec liqueur (40% alc./vol.) |
3/4 fl oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
1/2 fl oz | Orange juice (freshly squeezed) |
1/6 fl oz | Agave syrup |

Review:
Orange juice adds fruity dilution to what could also be called a Breakfast Margarita. Sir Paul McCartney (yup of Beatles fame) likes his Margaritas made with a splash of freshly squeezed orange juice (preferably clementine juice), hence this recipe is named in his honour.
Variant:
Macca himself likes to use clementine juice and a combination of triple sec and clementine (mandarin) liqueur. If you'd like to try this then omit the agave syrup and use:
45ml (1½oz) Tequila
15ml (½oz) Triple sec
10ml (1/3oz) Mandarin liqueur )
22.5ml (¾oz) Lime juice
15ml (½oz) Clementine juice
