First try when incorporated in a Bucky Bomb which is a 50/50 mix with Iron Brew. I had some reservations, but my son really liked it and had another.

Apricot flavour is in your face, doesn’t mean it’s not good. Sherbet sharpness very prominent. May try the G.M. Genovese’s variant noted below
Made it as per using clementine juice. A great variant
Made this with some homemade rhubarb and raspberry curd. It is a complex fruity drink now with the raspberry on the back note. Well worth the effort
This terrific. Balance is excellent, the herbal notes do not overpower the gin and lemon
Tried this without the sugared rim. It probably needed it, slightly too tart and the pear notes were quite subdued
Had to extemporise so swapped Cherry Herring with De Kyper and I only had Zignum Mezcal (not very Smokey). However a great cocktail, less sweet than others have noted and of course less smoke. Terrific balance
I also made the same swap having run dry of Wray & Nephew. A great cocktail to add to the repertoire
Great cocktail. As I had no overproof rum I used instead 4cl Bacardi Carta Blanca which nicely balanced the cocktail.
I have made the same swap as I was all out of Wray & Nephew. I was also using the 55 proof Chartreuse. Great cocktail
