Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
1 oz Applejack brandy
1 oz Light gold rum (1-3 year old molasses column)
12 oz Orange juice (freshly squeezed)
12 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
13 oz Monin Grenadine Syrup
2 drop Saline solution (20g sea salt to 80g water) or merest pinch of s
× 1 1 serving

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of quarter orange slice wheel on rim.

How to make:

  1. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  2. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

  1. Garnish with quarter orange wheel on rim.
